Job DescriptionThe Head of Sales drives commercial performance, stabilises event operations, and builds a strong pipeline of qualified leads across all Scorpios locations. This role blends strategic sales & events leadership with hands-on event execution, ensuring every guest experience aligns with the brand’s culture, values, and aesthetic standards. Acting as a cross-functional leader, the Head of Sales designs concepts, manages teams, and supports multiple verticals—including F&B, wellness, and hospitality. This role requires a creative, non-traditional mindset to identify and expand commercial opportunities beyond conventional event spaces, transforming them into meaningful expressions of the Scorpios world. The Head of Sales establishes internal processes, trains and mentors local teams, serves as the central communication link between departments, and carries full revenue accountability—owning seasonal sales targets, driving performance, and leading lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts across all properties.
