APPLY NOWThe Marketing Campaign Manager will play a key role in implementing marketing and targeted campaigns across both digital and traditional channels within the hospitality, wellbeing, and lifestyle sectors for international properties and activated channels. Their primary focus will be to enhance consumer awareness and preference. Collaborating closely with the Marketing & Communications Team and other departments, this role ensures cohesive brand messaging and the smooth execution of marketing initiatives across all SCORPIOS projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven, with expertise in digital marketing, email marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
This role is ideal for a proactive, creative marketer eager to drive impactful campaigns and elevate brand presence within the hospitality and lifestyle industries, with ideally a background in media buying or digital marketing for hospitality brands.
The salary range is between €40,000 and €50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing aligned with sales and marketing objectives.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and analyze customer data, ensuring personalized communication and targeted marketing strategies.
- Leverage CRM insights to enhance guest loyalty programs, ensuring consistent engagement and retention strategies across all marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Head of Marketing & Communications to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Manage the property's digital presence, including email marketing strategies, brand channels, and third-party platforms.
- Oversee paid media campaigns in collaboration with third-party agencies, ensuring integration with the overall marketing strategy.
- Support content strategies and conduct A/B testing across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
- Oversee content distribution to third-party partners, including managing and updating visual assets for search, pre-arrival communications, and photo galleries.
- Maintain and update content across the CMS platform, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and timelines (if requested).
- Act as the primary liaison for external B2B partners and collaborators, ensuring timely content distribution and effective brand positioning on third-party platforms.
- Prepare marketing materials for client pitches, trade shows, affiliate marketing, and brand partnerships to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance with the support of our Data Analysis team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, ideally in Hospitality, Branding, Design, or Tourism.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, business development or media buying within the hospitality industry or for a lifestyle brand.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Strong command of presentation marketing tools (e.g., Pitch).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Genuine passion for lifestyle trends.
- Fluency in English is essential.
