Role Description:
The Marketing Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time delivery across teams. This role acts as the central operational hub of the marketing department, maintaining an overview of active projects, managing cross-departmental priorities, and supporting the team with clear processes, timelines, and resources.
Working closely with editorial, design, social media, and external partners, the Marketing Project Manager ensures that every campaign and deliverable aligns with brand goals and is supported from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high-level oversight and drive all marketing initiatives forward.
- Manage Asana boards across all departments (Website, Social Media, Commercial, Global, Labels, HR, Scorpios Art).
- Serve as the Asana brief owner/guardian, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Allocate timelines and track progress across all projects.
- Oversee and maintain each CLOSER team member’s personal Asana board to ensure workloads are balanced and achievable.
- Develop and refine workflows based on daily priorities, goals, and KPIs.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming marketing projects; record meetings and circulate recaps.
- Track milestones and regularly share wins and completion summaries with the team.
- Collaborate with freelance website designers on updates and deliverables.
- Oversee creation of social media assets and ensure timely delivery to the Social Media Coordinator.
- Ensure all teams have access to the most up-to-date documents, information, and materials required for efficient execution.
- Participate in campaign concept development for all Scorpios projects and provide feedback aligned with brand initiatives.
- Work closely with editorial and design teams, supporting the end-to-end creative process.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in project management, marketing, or agency environments.
- Prior experience in hospitality—particularly within hotels, resorts, or travel/tourism—is preferred.
- Experience coordinating multi-property campaigns is an advantage.
- Understanding of marketing within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Asana, and Pitch.
- Strong cross-departmental coordination abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- People-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
