CLOSER Studio is the in-house Creative and Marketing Studio for SCORPIOS, a lifestyle hospitality brand operating at the intersection of Music, Wellbeing and F&B. Together with its partner Soho House, the brand is expanding internationally.

We are looking for a skilled Copywriter to join our Berlin-based creative team. The ideal candidate brings experience in brand storytelling and multi-channel writing, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adjust tone of voice depending on the brief. As a mid-level Copywriter, you bring 3-5 years of experience, preferably in-house or at a creative agency. You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Art Directors and Marketing Teams to deliver work that meets creative and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media and brand positioning strategies
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of trends across music, travel, design, and lifestyle
• Understanding of the music landscape is appreciated
• Experience writing long-form articles and conducting interviews is a plus
• Experience working across Google Drive, Figma, Pitch, Asana, Notion;
• Availability to travel

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling and original copy for marketing campaigns, with a focus on daily and weekly communications including newsletters and social media
• Tailor brand narratives to support sales objectives across all brand pillars
• Develop and execute interview concepts for digital and print channels;
• Write and edit copy for internal presentations and project concepts;
• Contribute to evolving the brand's verbal identity and tone of voice;
• Conduct research for brand presentations and concepts;
• Proofread press releases and support media kit ideation;
• Proactively check and update brand channels, including the website and other touchpoints, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
