What you will be doing in your role. As Studio Manager, you will be one of the centre-pieces of CLOSER to ensure our growing team & office is functioning smoothly. You will manage the office, organize team related meetings & events, support on HR related matters and contracting with external collaborators, help the team with administrative tasks and curate a fun work culture. Moreover, you will support the Directors with maintaining different project budgets, monitor weekly expenses of the studio, take care of invoice procedures and coordinate accounting processes with the finance team.
