Brand Designer / Video Editor
(mid level, full-time, Berlin based)
APPLY NOWWe are looking for an experienced Brand Designer with strong video editing skills to join our full-time, Berlin-based in-house team. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to establish, promote, and expand brands and products within the lifestyle hospitality segment. You will work closely with the Creative and Marketing Director, supporting daily tasks while also leading your own projects, with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Creative Assets: Work with the marketing team to design a range of creative assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, newsletters, and event materials for Scorpios Properties (Bodrum & Mykonos), the Scorpios Music record label, and other related brands—ensuring consistency and audience engagement.
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Edit videos and create engaging animated assets to enhance brand storytelling across all digital channels. Proficiency in motion software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a must.
- Brand Design: Maintain a cohesive, consistent brand identity and manage a library of visual assets across all touchpoints, from marketing to product.
- Internal Presentations: Design visually appealing, professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders, adhering to brand guidelines and templates
- Web Design & Management: Manage and update the Scorpios website, including content updates, removals, and the implementation of strategies to promote events and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design agency. Experience with contemporary lifestyle and hospitality brands is a plus.
- An impeccable eye for taste, trends and detail and how it best fits within the lifestyle travel segment
- Strong typography skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design and video applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects, Figma).
- Passionate about visual identity, branding, and storytelling.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cultural and visual trends, with an interest in photography, travel, architecture, and interior design.
- Fluent in English.
